The torch burner HP/AI, HP/ACM and HP/MV are specifically designed for industrial applications.
Characteristics :
- HP/AI torch burner : gas atmospheric burners with single venturi between 5 to 320 kW (17,000 to 1,090,000 Btu).
- HP/ACM torch burner : gas atmospheric burners with single venturi and air pressured surcharging between 10 to 300 kW (34,000 to 1,000,000 Btu).
- HP/MV torch burner : gas atmospheric burners with 7 Venturi tubes with our without air pressured surcharging between 300 to 650 kW (1,000,000 to 2,200,000 Btu).
- Oxygen surcharging torch burner : torch burner ranges HP/AI and HP/ACM with single or 7 Venturi tubes oxygen surcharging for high temperature heating (over 1,350°C).
Options :
- Flame failure system by thermocouple valve for any gas rating under 70 kW (238,000Btu).
- Flame control with automatic ignition and flame failure surveillance by ionisation or U.V. probe for any gas rating under 990kW (3,375,000 Btu).
- Automatism and controls.
- Torch burner with adapted design for used heating equipments.
- Refractory brick to support the flame nozzle
